Sághy-Sat Kft.’s tariff for call termination services
Based on Decision No. PC/27174-33/2017 of the President of the National Media and Infocommunications Authority, Sághy-Sat Kft. qualifies as a provider with significant market power in the market designated as "Call termination on individual public telephone networks provided at a fixed location". Therefore, in order to comply with the transparency obligation, it hereby publishes on this website its terms and conditions for the provision of call termination services, as well as the call termination tariffs applied.
Sághy-Sat Kft. informs you that pursuant to Article 5(1) and Article 3(3) of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/654 of 18 December 2020 supplementing Directive (EU) 2018/1972 of the European Parliament and of the Council by setting a single maximum union-wide fixed call termination rate, between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026, the tariff for call termination in our fixed network is
0.2742 HUF/minute + VAT.
Pursuant to Article 3(3) of the Regulation, the maximum fixed call termination rates must be reviewed annually and updated by 1 January each year, using the latest average of the reference exchange rates published by the European Central Bank in the Official Journal of the European Union on 1 September, 1 October, and 1 November.
On 1 November 2025, the NMHH published the maximum fixed call termination rates applicable from 1 January 2026:

Sághy-Sat Kft. provides its call termination traffic service not directly through its own network interface, but through the interconnection point of Triotel Távközlési Kft.
General conditions of interconnection
The cooperating enterprise participating in the implementation of the interconnection provided by TRIOTEL and in the provision of the call termination traffic service is:
