In individual, public fixed telephone networks, Sághy-Sat Kft. (hereinafter referred to as the "Obligated Service Provider"), based on Decision No. PS/10257-196/2023 of the President of the National Media and Infocommunications Authority, qualifies as a provider with significant market power in the market for "Call termination on individual public telephone networks provided at a fixed location". Therefore, in order to fulfill its transparency obligation, it publishes on this website its conditions for the provision of call termination services, as well as the call termination fees applied.

The maximum fee established for the call termination traffic service applicable from January 1, 2024, is net HUF 0.2687/minute, regardless of the time of day, provided that the terminated call originates from within the European Union or the European Economic Area (the country code of the calling party's A-number is the country code of a Member State of the European Economic Area).

Sághy-Sat Kft. provides its voice call termination traffic service through the interconnection point of Netfone Telecom Távközlési és Szolgáltató Kft. Therefore, with reference to Point I. A) of the Decision, it fulfills its obligation related to the publication of the terms and conditions for the provision and use of the service by referencing the terms and conditions published by Netfone Kft. on its own website regarding the relevant conditions:
